The HALT Study

NC State study examines the HALT Feline HCM Study, testing a new medication for cats with subclinical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Eligible cats (male or spayed female, ≥18 months, <15 years, ≥2.5 kg) undergo screening (echocardiograms, blood tests) and receive treatment, with follow-ups to assess heart health improvements, all at no cost to owners.
